Tadween Journal of Law and Political Sciences

Tadween Journal of Law and Political Sciences is a peer-reviewed, biannual academic journal published by Imam Al-Kadhim College (AS) in Diyala, Iraq. The journal is dedicated to publishing original academic studies and research in the fields of law and political science.

The journal aims to provide a rigorous platform for researchers and academics to present their intellectual contributions across various branches of law (such as Constitutional, Criminal, Administrative, Commercial, and International Law) and political science (including political systems, political economy, and international relations).

It features a distinguished editorial board comprising elite professors and experts from diverse Iraqi, Arab, and international universities. All published manuscripts are subject to a double-blind peer-review process to ensure scholarly quality.

The journal is officially registered at the National Library and Archives in Baghdad (Deposit No. 2831 for 2025) and is committed to indexing all its papers in the Iraqi Academic Scientific Journals (IASJ) database.
